- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆25.08.2018chris campbellI took my SUV in yesterday for an oil change. I was told would only be about 40 mins. I sat in the reception area for and hour and half. was never offered a coffee or even acknowledged that I was there. Was never updated on why it was taking so long. I finally walked over to the service area to inquire what was taking so long and was told that one of the wheel bearings was shot and they where replacing it. Was never asked if I wanted to replace it, they where just doing it and keeping my vehicle overnight. The only person that was half was decent to me was the young girl that worked in the service department. Interesting that they have a sign in their reception area stating that their customers are like family. I'd had to be in their family.
